The statement that Ralph Waldo Emerson stated is correct because some of the most smartest people end up in jail. Most of them have think there own crime by themself, and think of the perfect crime is difficult and most ordinary (or average) intellect person can think like this. For example, an average person could have any idea of how to even act in camara or open a safe.
