The statement that Ayn Rand stated is correct because because its just plain retarded, why do someone evil manner to a random person, its just nonsense. For example, the terrorist attack in 9/11, they had no need to kill all of those persons didn't do anything to them. For the envy of some terrorist, the US got in war with the middle east.
