 According to The Book of List, the fear of public speaking ranks number one in the mind of majority of people. Far above the fear of death and disease, comes the fear of standing in front of a crowd. Joel Wiener noted author and public speaker wants to help people overcome that fear.

·         Presentation counts; look at everything from design to spelling. A clean, well-organized site shows a certain degree of professionalism.

For example, I am int eh football team and made it into JV, it's good, but the coach said that if I had gone everyday to practice, I would have made the Varsity team. Conduct your research with attitude of a skeptic. As you examine websites for clues that they’re trustworthy, ask these questions:

·         Who wrote the Web page? If you can’t identify the individual or organization responsible for the information, don’t use it.

·         What are the author’s qualifications for writing on the subject?

·      Has the article passed through an editorial process designed to ensure quality and accuracy?

·      What is the website’s purpose? Look for motives-like selling products or winning votes-that could result in biased or incomplete information.

·      Is the information accurate? Is it up-to-date?

·         Where did the author get this information?

At the end of each section, look up from the text and in your own words recite an answer to your question for that section. Then write down your answer. Be sure to provide examples that support it.

Concentration is the key to success as Matthews stated. Concentrating on whatever you're doing will help. For example, in football practice, the whole team was doing a test and I was nervous, the coach called me up and I started to have sweaty palms, so I proceeded to put my gloves to warm up. Then the coach I started the test and could not concentrate, then i thought of the most important persons in my life in and out of school. I lasted and some of my teammates got eliminated except for two more and me. I started to dead-lift two times my weight and succeeded, that day, I was proud of my self, I may not be the strongest but I succeeded with concentration.
